1. Guests will be responsible for paying any damages caused directly or indirectly by themselves or their guests during their stay. 2. Tenant agrees to use and occupy the leased property at Tenant’s own risk and hereby indemnifies Owner/Operator from all claims from any injury or death of any person or for the loss of or damages to any property of Tenant or Tenant’s agent, guests, or other third parties. 3. A late check-out is subject to extra rental charges. 4. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

A $300 fee will be charged for cancellation within 21 days of scheduled arrival (forfeiture of security deposit). Failure to pay rental fees in full within 21 days of arrival constitutes cancellation. In addition, any cancellation made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 50% of all rental fees less cleaning, unless party agrees to apply rental fees to a future stay secured with an additional $300 refundable security deposit paid within 7 days of original cancellation. **Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests**
